Return and Refund Policy

For all return requests, please contact customer service. The return request must be made within 14 days of receipt of the package. Once this period has passed, we will not be able to accept your request.

We will only accept returns if the product is defective, damaged or substantially different from the description. Katana Tradition is not responsible for defects/damage caused by cutting, assembly or use.

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Before returning it to us, please send us photographs justifying the problem on the product. Otherwise, Katana Tradition reserves the right to refuse the return.

If the return is accepted, the refund will take place upon receipt of the product. It is also possible for us to return the product to you without damage or defect.

The return costs are at our charge in case of defect, damage, or product different from the description.

The cancellation of the order can take place within 24/48 hours following the order. If the order has already started to be made, we cannot accept any cancellation. The making of a product involves significant costs.
